Applying it to the body before shower creates positive energy which energies body, brings happiness to mind and increases the thinking power. Usage: Add enough water to this mixture to make it a paste then apply it to the head, forehead, throat, chest, naval region, both arms, thighs and finally to the feet respectively. Then take shower rubbing the skin. (Do not use soap.)
